Savor Bristol Bay Salmon Dinners — Summer 2012

This summer, chefs from around the country will be featuring fresh Bristol Bay salmon on their menus and hosting informational Bristol Bay salmon events at their restaurants as part of the national campaign to Save Bristol Bay.

Help us support the businesses that support Bristol Bay by attending a Bristol Bay Salmon Dinner and voting with your fork for Bristol Bay salmon. By investing your dollars in Bristol Bay's salmon fishery, you are showing that sustainable, pure, wild salmon is a food source that you value and support.

Check out the complete list of participating restaurants to find out if any of your favorite local restaurants are hosting a dinner and/or featuring fresh Bristol Bay sockeye salmon on their menu this summer.
