Savor Bristol Bay Salmon Week

Bristol Bay's wild salmon are coming to Seattle, WA for a weeklong celebration of our nation’s largest and most valuable wild salmon fishery in Bristol Bay, Alaska.
During the week of November 15th, the following Seattle 
restaurants will be featuring Bristol Bay wild salmon on their menus in support of Trout Unlimited’s Savor Bristol Bay campaign and the protection of Bristol Bay:

If you're in the Seattle neighborhood that week, then "vote with your

If you won't be in the Seattle area during the week of November 15th, you can still celebrate Bristol Bay by going to your local seafood market and asking for Bristol Bay salmon or buying directly from one of Bristol Bay’s salmon fishermen, including the following family-run businesses:
